The misfuelling prevention device

Fuel your imagination – tell us what motoring extra you’d like

Imagine you could have any extra you wanted fitted in or on your vehicle.  What would you have? Don’t just think of something on the options list, think right outside the box.  One friend suggested a device that would hold his takeaway meal and keep it warm as he drove it back home.

A motoring organisation recently asked its members what they would want and, interestingly, many of them were simply not impressed by some of the extras available today such as heated seats.

Misfuelling prevention device - no petrol in diesel

Diesel Head Misfuelling Prevention Device

Anyhow, set those findings side and let your imagination run wild and let us know of any extra you would like.  We’ve done our bit by offering motorists the Diesel Head Misfuelling Prevention Device, so you can’t suggest that, but we’re sure that you can come up with some cracking ideas. so why not share them with us?

The Diesel Head Misfuelling Prevention Device is designed and engineered to ensure that motorists cannot pump petrol in diesel vehicles’ tanks.

The diameter of a petrol fuel line nozzle is not wide enough to trigger the aperture on the Diesel Head and allow it to access the tank.  A diesel nozzle’s diameter, however, is the correct diameter and so the diesel driver can feed the nozzle through the aperture and fill up at the fuel station with diesel.  The device is a “fit and forget” solution enabling motorists to say “no” to petrol in diesel tanks.
